Catherine Davis serves as the Finance Manager for the Bezos Center for Sustainable Protein at NC State. She oversees the center’s financial operations and helps ensure resources support research, education and strategic initiatives. Before assuming her current role in 2026, Davis worked as an accountant at NC State, where she managed financial processes and supported university operations. She earned a master’s degree in Management and Accounting from Cornell University and recently completed Cornell’s Business Analytics credential. Davis combines financial expertise with data-driven decision-making to support the center’s growth, collaboration and long-term success.
