Bio

Patrick Murray began volunteering with the ISE Department after retiring from his 30 year career at Intel Corporation. He served as an alumni-student mentor and supported special projects for the department head and Advisory Board. In Spring 2020, he became an Executive Coach for undergraduate Capstone Project students and students in the Product Development & Rapid Prototyping course. In 2021 was appointed Adjunct Lecturer and began working with students in the Master’s of Engineering Management program. Through his involvement, Murray helps students strengthen their professional and leadership skills.

In addition to supporting the ISE Department, Murray serves on the NC State Alumni Association Board of Directors. He also serves on the Board of Directors for CharityNavigator.org, is a Member-Investor in the RTP Angel Fund, and coaches a Miracle League of the Triangle baseball team.
