Bio

Rich Rosselle is an Industrial Engineer and MBA graduate who leads Global Supply Chain Strategy for Lenovo’s Infrastructure Solutions Group. Throughout his 25-year career, he has worked in both OEM and contract manufacturing organizations. As a result, Rosselle built strong leadership skills through cross-functional collaboration and customer-focused solutions.

Before his current role, Rosselle held leadership positions in engineering, operations and business strategy. For example, he served as a plant manager, engineering manager and PMO director. In addition, he worked as a business development manager and ESG focal point for global manufacturing. Because of this experience, Rosselle understands many areas of supply chain and operations management.

Rosselle is also a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and transformational supply chain leader. Furthermore, he enjoys building strong teams through autonomy, mastery and purpose. He focuses on combining innovative products, processes and services to create customer solutions.

Rosselle lives in Apex, North Carolina, with his wife, two children and several pets. Outside of work, he enjoys mountain biking, disc golf and gardening.
