Why ISE?

Because optimization and efficiency have always been on her mind, Caldwell naturally gravitated toward ISE. As a child, she constantly looked for ways to improve different setups. Therefore, she immediately felt at home in the department when she learned she could build a career around those strengths.

Why be an Ambassador?

Caldwell became an ISE Ambassador to help students find their place within the department. Furthermore, she enjoys showing others the wide range of career paths that stem from ISE. In this role, she actively supports prospective students while contributing to the community.
