On campus, he actively participates in the National Society of Black Engineers. Furthermore, he enjoys staying active by playing intramural sports.

Ettu enthusiastically welcomes questions and invites students to connect. Ultimately, he strives to strengthen the ISE community through encouragement, guidance, and shared experiences.

Why ISE?

Ettu discovered Industrial and Systems Engineering after attending a freshman-year workshop, and he instantly recognized it as the right fit. Since then, he has valued the department’s supportive and passionate faculty. Moreover, they consistently invest in student success and foster a tight-knit community of like-minded individuals.

ISE offers versatility by covering many fields of study. Consequently, Ettu focuses on product development, supply chain, and human factors. He appreciates that Industrial Engineering is often called “the people’s engineering.” Therefore, this major perfectly matches his goals because he enjoys working with others.

Why be an Ambassador?

Ettu became an ISE Ambassador to help students find the right major actively, just as others had guided him. He remembers the moment everything clicked and strives to help others reach the same clarity. Additionally, he enjoys guiding students through challenges like class scheduling and significant decisions.
