Two ISE faculty were recently honored for their outstanding teaching and advising. Professor Stephen Roberts, A. Doug Allison Distinguished Professor was named to the NC State Academy of Outstanding Teachers and also received the College of Engineer’s Outstanding Teaching Award. This follows his receipt of the NCSU Gertrude Cox Award last year for technical innovation in teaching.
Professor Russell King received the NCSU George H. Blessis Outstanding Undergraduate Advisor Award. He is a four-time winner of the department’s C.A. Anderson Outstanding Faculty Award and is currently advisor the student chapter of the Institute of Industrial Engineers.
