The Edward P. Fitts Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering is now officially one of the top ten industrial engineering programs in the nation according to the 2012 release of the US News & World Report’s top colleges list. They base this ranking by a peer assessment survey that was conducted in the spring. (See report: US News & World Report)
In the past three years, our department has moved from #18 to #10 on this list. This speaks volumes about the transformation the department has gone through. This is something for us all to be proud of, so make sure you congratulate your peers and professors!
