Graduate-Undergraduate Peer Mentoring Program
A 12-week Mentorship Program
Through weekly meetings, social/academic activities, and additional training, this program seeks to create a formal network for graduate and undergrad students to interact. This program is sponsored by Eastman Chemical Company.
Undergrads
Eligibility
- You must be in the second or third year of your degree.
- You should have completed the CODA process into your major.
Benefits
- You will gain a better understanding of grad school.
- You can expand your social and academic networks.
Grads
Eligibility
- You must be close to graduating.
- You must have completed the mentor training before starting.
- We are looking for ISE and OR Ph.D. students, but all are welcome to apply.

- Share key leadership skills that will benefit students in their careers.
- Help expand your mentees’ social and academic networks.
- Get paid to be a mentor.
