ISE alumna and advisory board member Rashida Hodge makes Fortune Magazines 40 Under 40 Technology list
Few techies under 40 can say they’ve worked for the same company for almost two decades. But Hodge has worn many hats throughout her nearly 18 years at Big Blue, from her first gig as a program manager on IBM’s personal computing division in North Carolina to relocating to Slovakia to head up technical support for IBM’s customers in Europe and Africa (she also did a short stint in Shenzhen, China, for the company). Her latest role is leading product integration of artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies for key clients in North America. Hodge, a passionate advocate for women and people of color in tech and investing, also recently joined the board of the nonprofit Girls Inc.
