Congratulations to Nataliya Vanchosovych, ISE’s contracts and grants manager, for receiving a Pride of the Wolfpack Award. This award recognizes employees for making a special or unique contribution to their college, business unit or NC State University. In Vanchosovych’s case, that contribution is her passion, hard work and dedication.
The passion for her work is evident. “Nataliya is very well organized; she goes above and beyond her job duties,” Debbie Allgood-Staton, who nominated Vanchosovych, stated. Her hard work and dedication were on display when working late nights and weekends to submit proposals on time without complaint. She is always willing to help and thrives on being the best manager possible. “Nataliya is a gem to the department, and we are very fortunate to have her as part of our team,” Allgood-Staton said. This appreciation goes both ways as Vanchosovych feels honored to be part of ISE. “It feels great to win the Pride of the Pack Award,” she said. “It gives me an energy boost to do my job well and learn every day.”
Vanchosovych joined the ISE Department in 2017, working as a pre and post-award specialist. A year later, she became the contracts and grant manager. ISE was a perfect match for Vanchosovych as she was already comfortable with this type of work. “My mom is an engineer, and my dad is an economist, so working as an accountant at the ISE department combines their both passions and my own love as well,” she said.
